Anna Dashkevich, CFP®, CEPA® is a financial planner with more than 20 years of experience helping business owners build, protect, and successfully transition their wealth with clarity and confidence. She works closely with entrepreneurs who want their personal and business finances aligned—so decisions are intentional, strategic, and forward-looking.

As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) designee, Anna works with business owners who value preparation over uncertainty and choose to be proactive rather than reactive. She believes that successful exits, retirements, and lasting legacies are built years in advance through disciplined, intentional planning.

Working collaboratively with an outside team of tax and legal professionals, Anna has helped guide numerous business owners through successful transitions by addressing financial, business, and personal readiness well before an exit occurs. Her holistic approach helps ensure that owners are prepared not only for the transaction itself, but also for life after the business.

As a first-generation immigrant and entrepreneur, Anna built her own practice from the ground up. She understands firsthand the challenges of owning, growing, and protecting a business, which allows her to connect deeply with clients and help them think bigger while pursuing their financial goals with confidence and clarity.

Originally from St. Petersburg, Russia, Anna earned her MBA from Youngstown State University and began her career with a FINRA broker-dealer before joining Strategic Financial Group, a MassMutual firm, in Houston. She later served as a Lead Advisor at Oak Harvest Financial Group, a boutique retirement planning firm, before joining Duenna Wealth Associates. Anna holds the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) professional certification and maintains FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Outside of her professional life, Anna is a devoted mother of two. She enjoys traveling, healthy lifestyle activities, and attending cultural arts events.
